A coaching session is not a guaranteed success.

A coaching session is not a guaranteed success
I believed that every client's request had to conclude with a perfect shot hitting the centre. If we did not reach a final, concrete outcome within the hour, it felt like a missed mark.
But this focus on "achieving" creates a dangerous illusion.
The dynamic is simple. The client is the archer. The request is the target — a formulated goal based on the archer's true potential and resources. I am merely the wind indicator.
We form an equal partnership, but I do not draw the strings. I simply highlight the invisible winds and environmental conditions.
Through this process, we often realise that a session is not about forcing a hurried shot. It is about gaining absolute clarity on where the target is actually located, or understanding the strength of the wind.
Exploration is just as valuable as execution.
When was the last time you paused to observe the conditions before releasing your arrow?
