The redesigned calendar makes it easier to view:

• Your synced personal events
• Consideration for Free vs. Busy time in your personal events

The new layout is clean, intuitive, and optimized for both daily and long-term planning.

Two-Way Calendar Sync: More Accuracy, Less Work

You can now sync up to five personal calendars — whether they use Google, Outlook, or a mix. This unlocks several key improvements:

• Personal “busy” events automatically block unavailable time in BookNow for Experts
• Accomplishr sessions instantly sync back to one of your personal calendars
• Cross-calendar conflict prevention
• More reliable availability for prospective clients

This two-way sync ensures that experts don’t need to manually manage their schedules in multiple places.
