Fear does more than make us afraid.

It can cause us to question our worth, abandon our peace, compromise our values, and forget the person God created us to be.

Sometimes, the greatest danger is not losing someone else.

It is losing yourself while desperately trying to keep them.

Not every fearful thought is a fact.

Not every anxious feeling is a warning.

Not every person you lose is a loss of purpose.

God did not create you to live disconnected from your identity, your values, or your peace.

Protect your mind.

Guard your heart.

Trust God.

Stay connected to your authentic self.
