The Price Trap

I looked at every expert who's ever gotten a BookNow session actually booked. Then I checked what they had in common.
It wasn't the price.
Some priced under $50. Some priced over. Booking rate didn't care either way. I kept expecting the cheap ones to win, they didn't, and I kept expecting the expensive ones to filter for serious buyers, they didn't do that either. Price sat there doing nothing.
Here's what every one of them actually had in common: someone saw them before that person ever clicked book. A Fireside Chat. A warm message. A post that got read. Something put them in front of a real person first. The booking came after that, not from the number on the page.
That's the price trap. You think the reason nobody's booking you is the rate, so you drop it, or you agonize over raising it, and the whole time you're negotiating with the one variable that was never deciding anything.
Stop negotiating with your rate. Go get seen once, this week, a Fireside Chat, a message to the 10 people who actually know you, and set the price to whatever feels fair. It was never the thing standing between you and your first booking.
