I currently lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at The African Leadership University (ALU), managing the TA team to strategically build a workforce that aligns with our hiring goals that drives ALU’s transformation strategy.
Previously, I led and developed the technical talent acquisition team across Europe at N26, driving strategic hires for our EU tech hubs while championing for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our talent acquisition processes.
