With over 30 years of leadership experience across the military and corporate sectors, I bring a unique and practical perspective to leadership development.

As a former Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force, I led teams through high-pressure environments, later transitioning into senior leadership roles in the private sector. That blend of discipline, adaptability, and real-world experience forms the foundation of my coaching approach.

Through my consultancy, DP Leadership, I work with emerging, new, and experienced leaders to build confidence, increase self-awareness, and enhance their communication and impact. I believe that no two leaders are the same, and effective leadership doesn’t come from a textbook, it comes from understanding people, context, and the power of perspective.

Before we begin working together, I recommend an initial 30-minute discovery call. This first session is a chance for us both to explore your goals, challenges, and expectations, and to make sure we’re the right fit.
