I advise founders and senior leaders on three things: what to do next, what to stop doing, and how to bring people with you when you do it.
I’m the founder & CEO of CoachFinder, a curated executive coaching platform, and Horizon Search, a venture studio at the intersection of media, AI, and human performance. Across these, I help leaders navigate inflection points like rapid scaling, reinvention, succession, and major career or company pivots.
Earlier in my career, I led cross-cultural programs for more than 1,000 clients across Japan and greater Asia and helped design products that were featured in Forbes Japan. I’ve also worked with board-level leaders, including former prime ministers, defence officials, UN diplomats, and senior executives at global firms. That background shapes how I think about leading diverse teams and building trust across cultures.
Clients usually come to me when they’re smart, busy, and stuck on a decision that actually matters. In a 30–60 minute session, we’ll map the real problem, pressure-test your options, and leave you with a simple decision frame, clear tradeoffs, and concrete next steps.
This is focused, practical support for founders, leaders, and operators who are carrying a lot and need a clear head to make the next set of decisions.
Before we meet, you’ll share a short note on your context and what you want to work on. I’ll come prepared with questions, perspective, and a few options for how we might approach the problem.
In the session we’ll zoom in on one or two meaningful topics: clarifying strategy and priorities, navigating a leadership transition, managing investors or key stakeholders, tackling a people or culture issue, or designing a more sustainable way of working so you can keep performing at a high level without burning out.
You can expect a mix of coaching and advisory: I’ll ask questions to widen your perspective, share patterns I’ve seen with other leaders, and work with you to define concrete next steps. The goal is that you leave with more clarity, more agency, and a short list of actions you can take immediately after the call.
If you’re unsure which slot to choose, 30 minutes works well for a focused decision or single challenge; 45–60 minutes are better for more complex situations or recurring support.
