I’m a coach, strategist, and servant leader with over 30 years of experience spanning military command, aerospace and defense corporate leadership, and executive operations. But if you ask me what truly shaped my career—it wasn’t the titles. It was the moments in the margins.

I spent 26 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a senior officer, and later led high-impact programs at Northrop Grumman and in the private sector. I’ve overseen $100M+ portfolios, hosted contract negotiations, built and launched a rocket and sat in rooms where trust had to be earned—not assumed.

Today, I run Strive4ward Coaching & Consulting, where I help high performers clarify their values, align with purpose, and lead without burnout. My target clients range from emerging leaders to C-suite execs who are tired of leading on autopilot.
