Dr. Darmanin conducts a thorough clinical assessment, designed to understand the full scope of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This includes a biopsychosocial evaluation, which explores key aspects of your life in an integrated way:

Based on the information gathered, Dr. Darmanin will begin to form initial clinical impressions. While a full diagnosis (if needed) may require more than one session, she may share her preliminary thoughts and observations.

Therapy goals (short- and long-term)
Recommended therapy approach (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, etc.)
Session frequency and structure
