Over the past 20 years, I've worked with banks, scale-ups, and family-owned businesses to grow, transform, and eventually let go — with clarity and purpose. I've built consulting practices, led global PMOs, and coached both MBA graduates and seasoned executives. As an ICF PCC-certified coach with over 1000 hours of coaching experience at Oxford University alone, I bring both strategic business acumen and deep coaching expertise to every engagement.
