Hello! Thank you for coming in for a brief visit. I’m an Expressive Life Coach with a background in education, music and therapeutic work. For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals through weekend programs, summer retreats, special needs programs and one-on-one mentorship. I came to see that every person has a complex and hidden world within them that longs to be seen, understood and expressed. In my coaching, I create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin to explore and express what’s often hidden within. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, shut down, disconnected or simply unsure how to access their inner clarity and voice. My approach is steady, structured and compassionate. My process combines body awareness, emotional insight and creative expression. We don’t rush. We build trust. And with time, people begin to feel safer inside themselves, becoming more grounded, more alive and more able to make clear and beneficial choices. This work is not about fixing oneself. It’s about returning to the parts of thy self that have been left behind and learning how to move forward with acceptance, presence and strength.
