I am a Latvian and Russian speaking English, German and Norwegian language teacher with 14 years of experience, as well as Human Resources Manager in a building company. Throughout all of my personal and work life I have felt, that the most important task in every life or work situation is to inspire people around me to believe in themselves and their fantastic potential. I believe that, no matter where we are in our lives and what kind of role we are currently playing, it is crucial to leave a positive footprint in this world. My greatest passion is personal growth. My personal life experience with all its “ups and downs”, my teaching experience, my experience in the HR Management field as well as my learning experience on my way of personal transformation has given me inspiration to share my knowledge with others. This led me to become a certified Master Life - Coach, specializing in Mindset - growth and Happiness.
