I’m deeply passionate about helping high-performing individuals break free from the chronic stress cycles that so often accompany success. As a somatic and nervous system coach, I work with founders, leaders, and mission-driven professionals who are doing meaningful work in the world—yet often find themselves overwhelmed, burned out, and disconnected from their bodies.
I didn’t come to this work through theory—I lived it. My first career was in fast-paced leadership roles, followed by a chapter in high-stakes financial services. I climbed the ladder, achieved “success,” and outwardly had it all together. But internally, I was in a constant state of overdrive. Like so many of my clients, I had mastered pushing through—but it came at the expense of my health, clarity, and fulfillment.
That turning point led me to study the nervous system, somatics, and emotional regulation. What I discovered changed everything—not only in my personal well-being but in how I supported others. Over the last decade, I’ve combined my background in leadership, wellness, and trauma-informed care to help clients shift from survival mode to true resilience.
My approach blends neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic coaching to help clients regulate their nervous systems, rewire high-achiever stress patterns, and build the capacity to thrive—without burnout. I’ve guided hundreds of clients through my signature programs and 1:1 coaching, and one of the most meaningful parts of this work is witnessing clients reclaim their energy, voice, boundaries, and purpose.
One of my most memorable moments was watching a long-time client—once paralyzed by perfectionism and anxiety—confidently launch her own company, speak on stages, and finally feel calm and energized in her daily life. These are the transformations that remind me: success is so much sweeter when your nervous system feels safe enough to enjoy it.
