I'm a psychologist, leadership and executive coach - accredited as an EIA Senior Practitioner and ITCA Practitioner by EMCC Global - with 30 years of multicultural professional experience. I'm also a certified StanOut debrief Coach. I help leaders and executives thrive and lead their teams with clarity and purpose. I work with individuals and organisations, creating a tailored, transformative path that can address * vertical leadership development; * strategic thinking; * change management; * organisational politics; * executive presence; * communication and negotiation; * anxiety and stress management. I'm the former Vice President of Accreditations at EMCC Spain, and a current Regional Accreditation Lead for EMCC Global. I'm also a member of the EMCC Governance and Onboarding Committee. Furthermore, I'm a Professional Fellow at the IoC Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a member of the APA (American Psychological Association), a member of Society for Consulting Psychology and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.

With a Master's Degree in Gestalt, I have pursued further studies in Leadership, Team Coaching, Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, and Cognitivism.
