As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, I create brave, reflective spaces where individuals and teams can stretch, strengthen, and transform. My work is rooted in equity, purpose, and possibility—and together, we’ll unlock your power to lead and live with greater clarity, resilience, and impact. I am deeply passion for advancing and challenging systems of oppression.

As my client, we will work together to build your resilience, strengthen your toolkit for change and disruption, and open your heart, eyes, and third eye to new possibilities.

I am a seasoned professional with international senior leadership experience gained in the UK, Dubai, Ghana, Jamaica, and Malaysia. I have worked extensively with leaders from many industries that include the corporate, charity, education and creative.

In addition to my leadership credentials, I am a trained yoga teacher and a poet with two published anthologies and, I am a strong advocate for health and well-being, mind, body and spirit. I believe that with small intentional changes to your health and lifestyle, we can significantly elevate your productivity.

When working with individuals and teams, I will create a space for you to stretch beyond the familiar, whilst easing the stiffness that hinders growth. There may be some discomfort but it will not last. Together, we'll examine your current reality and co-create a future vision, achieving the solutions in a style that feel authentic and sustainable
