I have worked in the software industry since 2006, building and supporting teams covering a broad range of disciplines and skills. My purpose is to help people to make a contribution to the world as their best possible selves. I have the amazing opportunity to do this by leading tech teams that create impactful technical solutions, and through my various coaching and mentoring platforms.
My core values are balance, integrity, and growth. I believe everyone has the potential to discover their own values and purpose, guiding them to make meaningful contributions as the person they want to be.
What to Expect
I am an ICF trained coach, with many years experience in leadership roles in tech. My purpose is to help people make a contribution to the world as their best possible selves. I help people, particularly leaders and those in the care of others, discover how to use their true strengths to accomplish goals and ultimately discover their true purpose.
My rates are low as I only ask a small monetary commitment to ensure our time together, and for the fact that I am accruing paid hours necessary to earn the PCC credential recognised by the International Coaching Federation. My sessions are on an evening because through the day I lead a department of software developers and engineers at a digital consultancy.
