Bio

I’m passionate about helping people turn seemingly impossible situations or stubborn habits into catalysts for something more fulfilling. People aren’t broken or inadequate—they’re responding to years of chronic stress, imposed expectations, and old patterns that slowly pull them off course. My work involves helping people pick up on these patterns, loosen their hold, and create practical courses of action informed by their genuine identity and priorities.

People who come to me are often capable and committed, yet worn down mentally and physically by competing demands, situations that no longer fit, or circumstances that don't account for their personal realities. Stress and overwhelm may have become normalized, or a situation has stalled or intensified to the point that it's ready for a reset.

I'm an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified, Trauma-Informed (TICC) coach with experience supporting people through complex transitions, chronic stress, health challenges, and relationship strain. I hold a Master of Sustainable Design and have worked across nonprofit and for-profit environments. In my work and personal life, I draw inspiration from qi gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, and animist traditions.
