I am a Creative-industries Mentor and coach with over 35 years leading global projects, which gives me the knowledge and contacts to help clients find their way in roles.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential and overcome their challenges. My experience is within film and digital production, publishing, radio, design, illustration, sound production and experiential visitor attractions.

I also offer life coaching and personal development.

My Career Mentoring Programme has successfully assisted clients in developing their personal brand and confidence, their elevator pitch, CV and cover letters specific to job role applications and interview techniques during 3-4 x 90-minute sessions.

Group Mentoring Programme:

After years as a freelancer, I am fully aware of the fragmentation of a team, especially WFH in the early stages of a project. I lead monthly group mentoring sessions for project teams - particularly screen-led projects - creating space for real connection beyond task lists and deadlines.

We tackle the human glitches - the ones that don't show up in project reports but can make or break a team's success.

I hold certifications in ILM Diversity in the Workplace, ILM Taking Coaching Conversations Online, and am a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner.
