Why Me
With over four decades of leadership experience in the Indian Armed Forces and CEO roles in publicly listed corporates, I bring a unique blend of battle field experience and board room insights to executive coaching and leadership development.
In a career spanning 27 years in the Armed Forces my area of work was related to engineering support to weapons systems with expertise in missile systems. I had the privilege of commanding India’s first Prithvi Missile Workshop and many other engineering support operational units.
As a business leader I have led performance turnarounds and culture transformations. As Managing Director of Cement Multinational, Holcim Bangladesh I orchestrated a remarkable business turnaround by doubling capacity and EBIDTA growth at CAGR 22% over 6 years. As COO I led the transformation of JK Cement Ltd from also rans to industry leaders with a 3x capacity growth, 6.5x EBIDTA growth which resulted in the company valuation growing from < $1 Bn to > $ 3.5 Bn
