Over the past several years, I have worked as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, and Delivery Lead for technology startups across SaaS, AI, mobile applications, EdTech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Before entering the technology industry, I spent more than 20 years managing operations and client relationships in a successful family business. That experience gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, process improvement, and business operations that continues to shape my approach to product management today.
