Equipped with a notable blend of knowledge and understanding of high profile commercial and strategic acumen gained through extensive general management assignments, in diverse global public and private firms.
Hartmut has been exposed to Executive Coaching since 2001 when discovering a passion for it as a Coachee, while at Diageo. His interest and research in the field expanded when he wrote his business graduate school thesis on Executive Coaching, back in 2003 at MIT/Sloan. He has Coached and Mentored many colleagues over the last 25+ years and is now fully dedicated to positively impacting other individual’s careers. He attended the BEaction Leadership and Organizational Coaching Course, as well as completing the one-year University of Miami PCC (Professional Coaching Certification) graduate studies and practice.
Hartmut is an active member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), where he earned an additional PCC Certification, as well as the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter. His Coaching clients span across diverse industries, including CPG, Technology, ESG, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Cruise Ships, Logistics, Education, Arts, Digital Ad, Distribution & Merchandising, Healthcare, etc., working with large Corporations, Small/Medium sized companies, family-owned businesses, startups, higher education institutions, and non-Profit organizations. Hartmut has surpassed 1,500+ coaching hours experience in those multiple assignments. Meanwhile, he is also engaged in the highly exclusive CDO (Career Development Office) team at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, as a Career Executive Coach to senior mid-career MBA graduate students.
In addition to his versatile transcultural background, Hartmut is fluent and can comfortably coach in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
