I’m a product design leader who builds and scales global teams to turn complex, AI-driven SaaS challenges into products that deliver measurable business impact.

Most recently, I led multi-product design strategy across Groove, Align, and Copilot at Clari, helping unify experiences that serve global revenue teams and directly influence enterprise growth. My work spans UX leadership, AI product innovation, and cross-functional strategy—grounded in a foundation of psychology and advanced studies in user experience design.

With over 25 years in design, I’ve built design systems at scale, led distributed teams across the U.S., India, and Europe, and driven initiatives that improved usability, reduced design debt, and supported multi-million-dollar enterprise outcomes.

In parallel with hands-on leadership roles, I advise and mentor product and design leaders—supporting AI-forward teams through moments of scale, platform evolution, and organizational change. I’m particularly interested in how design leadership evolves in the age of intelligent systems, where clarity, empathy, and accountability matter as much as execution.
