I successfully pivoted into tech consulting in 2018 and into Tech in 2021 from a liberal arts background. This led to exponential growth in my salary to multiple 6-figures today! I want to help others achieve the same. I currently work for Adobe where I work on building solutions with our strategic partners and run my own independent consulting company where I work with Fortune 20 brands on change management, project and program management, and strategic communications. I've been successful by learning to nail interviews, develop winning frameworks, building a strong personal brand, and growing the confidence to acquire new clients! I am also versed in DEI initiatives and how to scale Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive impact and employee engagement. ⭐️ I have completed dozens of certification programs that aided in my career development including Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager (POPM), Northwestern University 101: Data & Analytics, McKinsey Leadership Accelerator, Impact Leaders Series by Loyola University, DEI Certification from USF College of Business, and more! 🤝In addition to workplace leadership, I am a proud leader in my community. I have served on several Non-Profit Boards such as HACE, B Corp IL, Tree House Society, and ALPFA San Francisco. In 2023, I was awarded Young Nonprofit Professional of the Year by YNPN - Chicago. 🥇 As a result of my grit, tenacity, and reputation, I have earned two 40 under 40 awards. I'm also a contributing author in two published books where I share career advice! ⭐️ I am a former Fulbright Scholar and a double alumna of the University of Illinois where I've obtained an MBA and was Summa Cum Laude in undergrad.
