I’m Alex (she/her) Arnold, an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Certificate in Climate Resilience Coaching. I help introverted, highly sensitive, and empathic individuals navigate life’s uncertainty and complexity. My goal as a coach is to help you manage stress and self-doubt, and to find clarity and confidence. Together, we explore the mindsets that keep you stuck, identify your strengths and values, and build resilience through self-compassion and self-care.
My approach is grounded in strength-based approaches such as positive psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, and the Positive Intelligence framework. My personal experience with life transitions (adoption, divorce, moves, mid-life career change, climate anxiety...) helps our work together, not because I'm an expert, but someone who can relate so you feel heard and seen.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people experiencing eco-anxiety, climate grief, or feelings of helplessness in response to the climate crisis. I create space for these emotions and bring empathy, curiosity and practical, science-based tools that help clients regain hope and a sense of agency.
I believe in slowing down and going inward to find wisdom. I offer warmth, kindness, respect, and curiosity as I guide you trough explorations of your own thought processes. My goal is to empower you and teach you self-coaching tools so that you can find your unique answers within yourself.
Aside from coaching, I love being out in nature, especially with my dog and horses. I practice Reiki and meditation and enjoy a good book!
