As a Senior UX Designer with a background in Human-Computer Interaction & Design, I craft user-centered, end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise products—particularly in fintech, B2B SaaS, and regulated industries. I thrive at the intersection of user research, system design, and strategic decision-making, translating real user needs into scalable product experiences. Currently at Sagent, I lead research and design for mission-critical servicing tools like Dara Core and Dara Default, driving platform improvements used by some of the largest mortgage companies in the U.S. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user value—whether that’s through journey mapping, design systems, or scalable templates for stakeholder engagement. My roots in UX research trace back to my Master’s degree at UC Irvine, where I worked on healthcare fintech tools for J.P. Morgan. I’ve since applied that foundation to areas I care deeply about—AI, design systems, and accessibility. I hold certifications in inclusive design and Google Analytics and am passionate about creating equitable, measurable experiences. Outside of work, I mentor designers on ADPList and write about design, tech, and career growth on Medium.
