Bio

I am an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and scholar-practitioner specializing in leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic change. With over two decades of experience across the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East, I support leaders in complex, multicultural environments and rapidly evolving industries.

As the founder of Executive Communication Consulting Group Inc., I partner with executives, senior leaders, and high-potential managers to build the clarity, confidence, and resilience needed for today’s leadership demands. I also serve as a facilitator, instructor, and executive coach for Cornell University’s Executive Education programs, delivering leadership, communication, and organizational change learning globally.

My background includes roles at Morgan Stanley in New York and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in Europe, along with university teaching in the U.S., U.K., and Europe. These experiences help me understand organizational pressures, team dynamics, and leadership expectations across cultures and industries.

My coaching portfolio includes leaders from technology (Amazon, Google, Cisco, Salesforce), financial services (Bank of America, American Express, Fidelity), pharmaceuticals (Pfizer, Novartis, Bayer), hospitality (Marriott, Accor), and professionals across India’s tech sector, Africa’s financial markets, Australia’s corporate landscape, and the UAE and Saudi Arabia’s service industries. This breadth enables rapid understanding of cultural dynamics, global leadership challenges, and organizational change.

My coaching integrates evidence-based practices from emotional and cultural intelligence, neuroscience, behavioral science, and adult learning theory. I help clients strengthen self-awareness, communication, resilience, influence, and change leadership. My style is warm and supportive, yet direct and challenging, balancing psychological safety with honest reflection.
