More than 25 years of experience in parts of Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. Led large programmes and teams in a variety of contexts, plus managed complex institutional change processes. Developed and managed short term humanitarian and long term development programmes in a variety of contexts. Experienced in management of multi-national/ethnic/lingual teams. Have worked at the community level, as well as in supporting development and implementation of national and regional policies. My professional goal is to develop (or work for) institutions that help/support practitioners like me, to use our experience and knowledge in training the next generation(s) of development practitioners and thinkers.
