I'm an accomplished leader and coach with extensive business, management and consulting experience. I have deep expertise and practice in the areas of talent management, executive assessment and selection, executive and team coaching, leadership development, and learning and development. I've held a number of positions in R&D, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations in organizations across a variety of industries including Biotech, Pharmaceutical, HR Consulting, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Aerospace and Defense. I obtained my B.S. degree in business from Babson College, an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. My coaching certifications include ACC with ICF, Columbia Certification Coaching Program, and System Team Coaching from AoEC. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three adult boys, playing golf, going to the beach, and making (and eating) a good pan of brownies.
