As a faculty member at Harvard University’s Leadership Excellence Program—and a coach in the Harvard Women and Leadership Program—I have the honor of mentoring emerging and established leaders through transformative growth. My specialty lies in supporting women of color to rise, thrive, and lead boldly, while navigating the unique challenges and opportunities they face.

With over a decade as CEO of ClaraFying Coaching & Consulting Institute, I’ve supported (Trained, Coached, Consulted and Mentored) public leaders, executives, and mission-driven organizations through pivotal transitions. My work is deeply opted in my values, bilingual, bi-cultural, and human-centered—rooted in compassion, strategy, and results.

I hold a self-designed BA in Management from Lesley University and advanced certifications in life coaching, facilitative leadership, positive intelligence and personal financial counseling.
