I'm a seasoned professional with a rich background in technical support, quality management, and operations management. My career has been a thrilling ride of growth, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Starting as a Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer, supporting customers in German as well as English, I honed my skills in troubleshooting and customer service, which paved the way for my ascent into quality management. As a Quality Evaluator, I meticulously assessed and uplifted service standards, eventually rising to Quality Supervisor and then Quality Manager. In these roles, I embraced the principles of COPC and Six Sigma, ensuring our services were synonymous with excellence.
Transitioning into operations, I served as an Operations Lead, where I steered our team towards operational brilliance. My commitment to driving results and nurturing talent led to my promotion to Deputy Program Manager, and subsequently, Program Manager. Here, I had the privilege of overseeing a Microsoft account, supporting innovative products like Copilot, Viva, Teams Premium, and Clipchamp.
In my current role, I am passionate about shaping the future of customer experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology to empower users and businesses alike. I'm always eager to connect with fellow professionals who are on a mission to make a difference through technology.
