I am the Founder of LifeStormer, an ADHD and Life Coaching practice. My mission is to enable people to live easier and happier lives by understanding themselves deeply. In working together, we prioritize and define personal and professional goals and make a bespoke plan including accountability so they can reach their potential, on their terms and their way. Previous to coaching, as Global Strategic Insights Lead at Bayer, I was a key strategic stake holder who helped drive business decisions including brand strategy, architecture and above the line communications. While my 25+ years of insights experience at Fortune 100s taught me human behavior and motivations, it's my curiosity, knowledge of the right questions to ask and ability to connect with others that make me a natural coach.
