At Amazon, I built a foundation for multimodal experiences on Alexa App, Alexa on FireTV, Alexa in cars, Alexa voice purchase, Alexa entertainment, and various voice-forward smart home video experiences for over 50 million people. And more recently, I evangelized a rewards program that increased new members by 1.7x at Rakuten.
