Bio

First of all, Elaine is a human who decided to leave her corporate life in The United States to open up her destined path.  She decided to embark on a journey in 2015 that would take her all over the world.  She wanted to find answers and healing to her trauma and pressing questions about life.  In the process, she lived with both Buddhist monks and nuns to learn Vipassana Meditation--a meditation process created by the Buddha himself.  Elaine completed the 10 hours a day meditation practice for ten days straight completing a total of 100 hours of meditation.  She returned to the temple to do it again except this time around the teacher assigned her as an assistant teacher.  It is not easy to remain silent for days without the dopamine rush of the outside world, the internet, and external distractors.  Elaine continues to practice Vipassana daily. She learned from two places in both England and Spain.

In addition, Elaine needs to view the world from different lenses.  She completed a program with Hindu monks and nuns in the London area. For three months she learned about The Bhagavad Gita--one of the most respected spiritual books dating back 5000 years.  Elaine has been nomadic for ten years and returned as a changed person both professionally and personally.  While she has lived in more countries and cities than she can count, all of this has been a part of her education, life-changing experiences, and healing.  She strongly believes that to help heal others you must be on the path yourself.  Now, she needs to share with other people how to unleash the labels that control their lives while bringing awareness to how to heal them so that they can also create the life they want and deserve.

Furthermore, Elaine completed an ICF/CCA-approved course.  Not wanting to be limited to The United States, she opens her coaching and mentoring services to people worldwide.  She needs to be affordable and approachable because she learned that everyone needs a coach and/or mentor, but many cannot afford one.  For this reason, she keeps herself attainable.

Elaine used psychology for the mind and combines her knowledge with spirituality. The combination allows for a whole mind, body, heart, and soul approach to healing and achieving life goals.

We all go through changes in life. We lose relationships, get tired of our jobs or careers, and something starts to wake us up to something bigger and healthier for us. I didn’t read a book about mentoring or coaching, I’ve lived it AND wrote the book.

Career changes later in life, health changes, and our relationship status can bring us to the brink of a nervous breakdown or an exciting new opportunity. It’s all about getting the perspective we need to thrive when change appears.
