Many women struggle with the mental load of juggling multiple roles - caregiver to children and elderly relatives, and having to perform in the workplace.
I help them explore a more flexible way of living, for more energy, better health and happiness.
As an experienced Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Wellness Coach and Dietary Educator I use a blended approach to help clients focus on what is really important to them and guide them through the discovery of their own unique path to feeling their best.
One of the methods I use is training and coaching individuals to learn the Walk Active Method, to encourage sustainable change in action and health benefits. The Walk Active Method, devised by Fitness Expert Joanna Hall, is a walking approach to walking fitter, healthier and happier. It's also scientifically proven to improve posture, reduce pressure at the knee and ankle joints, and improve pace by up to 24%.
I am passionate about helping those who want to be more active, to remove existing challenges (time, energy, confidence, resources) to create new and consistent habits.
