I am a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in building, scaling, and enabling digital products that solve real organisational problems. My focus sits at the intersection of technology, people, and product strategy, ensuring digital solutions are not only technically sound but widely adopted, well governed, and genuinely valuable.

While my experience is broad, my current depth lies in low-code, cloud, and AI-driven platforms. I work extensively across Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Azure, AI services, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern data and integration services. I use these tools to design products that streamline operations, improve decision-making, and empower teams to work more effectively.

Product & Technical Delivery

I have hands-on experience designing and delivering digital products end to end. This includes problem discovery, requirements gathering, use-case definition, user story creation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. I work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centred solutions, while balancing innovation with governance and long-term sustainability.

I have built applications, automations, integrations, portals, and intelligent agents that simplify complex processes, reduce manual effort, and enable self-service across diverse organisational contexts.

Product Lifecycle & Platform Ownership

Beyond delivery, I am deeply involved in managing the full product lifecycle. This includes roadmap planning, prioritisation, backlog management, release planning, adoption tracking, and continuous optimisation. I place strong emphasis on standards, documentation, ALM, environment strategy, and governance frameworks that allow products to scale safely and consistently.

I approach product management as an ongoing relationship with users, not a one-off delivery.

Enablement, Training & Community Building

A defining part of my work is enabling others to succeed with technology. I design and deliver training programmes, write documentation and user guides, mentor junior developers and citizen builders, and build communities of practice that encourage collaboration and shared learning.

I am an active community contributor and mentor, supporting individuals as they develop confidence, find their footing, and grow into capable builders and problem solvers. I believe sustainable digital transformation happens when people feel supported, confident, and inspired to innovate.
