I am a Leadership and Team Coach. I have grown up in The Netherlands and worked in project and line management. I integrate my knowledge and experience into my coaching and brings all of my being and expertise to each coaching session, in service of my client. Over the past 20 years, I lived in London, Paris, Kinshasa, Lagos, Miami and currently reside in The Netherlands. In each country, I've found very different occupations, from volunteering, being a liaison between African NGO’s vs. European Foundations and working for an Embassy, to founding a successful business in importing flowers to Nigeria. The experience of living and working in a variety of cultures inspired a strong curious mindset and the many new beginnings a belief that the key to finding what you want, is knowing what you want. Since seven years, I am committed to coaching leaders across industries and cultures, coaching individuals, groups and teams. My coaching style can be described as warm and connected, yet at the same time as thought provoking and challenging. In my coaching, my stake is to comfort those who are challenged and to challenge those who are comfortable.
