I didn't start in coaching. I started in film.
At USC's School of Cinematic Arts, I learned how stories are built—and how whoever controls the narrative controls the room. That understanding has never left me.
From there I became a social worker, trained as a psychotherapist, and returned to USC to earn my Doctor of Social Work. I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and have coached 650+ leaders across industries and continents since 2010.
Now I work with senior leaders whose influence is stalling. Usually because they're being misread, navigating hard feedback, or operating inside systems that weren't built with them in mind.
The film background gives me a narrative lens. The clinical training lets me see what's underneath. The coaching turns that into action.

I coach because leadership potential gets buried under misread signals, hard feedback, and systems not built for everyone. Since 2010, I've worked with 650+ leaders to develop emotional intelligence, strengths awareness, and the critical thinking skills needed to lead with clarity and influence. My goal is to give leaders the tools to understand themselves and be understood by others.
