With over 3 decades of progressive leadership and the last 20 years as a senior leader, in a academic medical center. During this time I led the development of many service lines with success in clinical operations, quality and financial growth. During the last several years I had the opportunity to oversee all of the Surgical and Procedural Services navigating the COVID pandemic and more recently re-growing the business back to the and more recently beyond the pre-pandemic state. In 2016, I developed an internal coaching service to support the development of front line managers and directors. This program has realized significant success in assisting the career progression for this group of leaders. With my own career success and more recently leadership coaching success I am looking to expand my coaching reach to other leaders looking to advance their careers.
