I also specialize in helping people with Cluster B Personality Disorders, and people who believe they have them (including narcissistic, borderline, histrionic, and antisocial personality patterns) transform their behaviors and build more authentic, fulfilling lives.

• Educator & Leader: Former gifted and AP-certified English teacher, Director of Drama, and Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach—recognized as New Teacher of the Year for innovation, creativity, and impact.

• Creative Professional: Experienced marketer and creator, blending strategy with storytelling to help individuals and brands express their message powerfully.

• Corporate & Community Leader: Served as Director of Corporate and Community Engagement at Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers, and as Marketing and Customer Care Coordinator at Envicare, a biomedical waste company—developing B2B relationships and driving mission-centered growth.

• Leadership & Service: Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Phi Mu Fraternity alumna, where I served as Creative Chairwoman, fostering connection and creativity.

Diagnosed with ADHD, I use my natural creativity, intuitive insight, and out-of-the-box thinking to help clients and companies find clarity, direction, and motivation. I’m passionate about helping people feel inspired, confident, and empowered to pursue what they actually want—not what others expect.
