As an ICF-certified executive and leadership development coach, I guide leaders helping them build the confidence they need to harness their innate strengths and further develop them, nudging my clients outside their comfort zones – the place where personal growth occurs.

My core values are my guiding principles for my coaching practice.  My values include authenticity, integrity, vulnerability, compassion and having a growth mindset.  I strive to emulate these values in my coaching to build a safe space for my clients.  I also look for these values in my clients.  Without them, growth is an uphill battle.

I bring over 35 years of experience in international business and program

development, and 20 years of healthcare industry experience, giving me hands-on experience and insight into what it takes to successfully navigate complex organizations.

My experience spans the globe, including conducting business and travelling for pleasure in 45 countries. This experience has given me a keen understanding of business practices throughout the world, in addition to a well-developed cultural sensitivity.

While I am a Houston native, I have also lived in Paris and Barcelona. I have a BA and an MBA in international business from The University of Texas at Austin and Schiller International University in Paris respectively.
