Currently, my focus is on making a meaningful impact on business performance as a Recruiting Leader for LATAM area and Business Partner, primarily in the People Experience domain, where I possess extensive expertise in onboarding, training, and offboarding. I am also an experienced recruiter and have developed a strong track record in attracting and selecting talent, having recruited more than 500 IT professionals for both national and international projects. I hold a degree in Technology Management in HR from FATEC and have completed a postgraduate program in Behavioral Economics from FIA. As a trilingual professional, capable of communicating in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I am continually honing my language skills, especially in the corporate context.
