Bio
As the Director of Professional Learning at Stern Center for Language and Learning, I oversee the design and delivery of high-quality professional development programs for educators and administrators. I have more than 10 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and leading in various educational settings, from college to elementary school. My mission is to empower educators and learners with the knowledge and skills of evidence-based research practices, structured literacy, and the science of reading. I am passionate about creating systemic change and improving student outcomes through curriculum innovation, data-driven instruction, and collaborative learning. As a National LETRS Facilitator, I also train teachers and leaders on the latest research and best practices in literacy instruction.
