I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with John Robbins, the influential social activist and author of Diet for a New America, whose work sparked a global movement toward conscious living. My approach blends breathwork, mindfulness, embodiment practices, appreciative inquiry, and other evidence-based positive psychology tools, creating profoundly transformative experiences.
