No Experience is Wasted

I’ve spent over 20 years working in global corporations, including Merrill Lynch, Zenith Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan, and Barclays, working in teams, leading teams, designing training programs, and building capability across continents. Long before founding Soluman Consultancy, I was mentoring entry-level talent, coaching new hires, and noticing exactly where the system dropped people who had every right to thrive.

That’s where this work began: sitting on the inside, seeing potential wasted not because people weren’t capable, but because they weren’t supported to succeed.

What I Do Today

I work with organisations and mid-career professionals who want more than theory. My job is to help both see the gaps clearly and then close them with development that lasts.

I build career-acceleration frameworks for early and mid-level talent. I coach first-line leaders to lead better, not through scripts or slogans, but through a real understanding of how to build strong, equitable teams. And I support professionals as they navigate their careers in environments that don’t always make it easy to show up fully.
