From teaching young elementary students to serving in roles such as Differentiated Instruction Coach, Data Coach, Curriculum Coach, First-Year Teacher Coach, and Assistant Principal, I discovered the profound magic of "lightbulb moments" – those incredible instances when understanding suddenly crystallizes and potential becomes visible.
