"The Vertical Executive" is my newsletter on LinkedIn. This publication is a strategic lab where I synthesise the iVOS™ methodology into high-signal insights. It is designed for leaders who are ready to stop adding "content" to their day and start upgrading their "context", providing the psychological and neurological scaffolding required for the Transformer stage of leadership.

I continue to work with organisations and professionals to support cultural transformation and leadership development through my own company, Maiten Panella Consulting - Business Psychology, as well as in my roles as a Leadership Coach at BetterUp, Consultant at Duke University, Professor of Leadership and Cultural Transformation at EISP and Professor at the Master in Psychology Coaching at the University Cardenal Cisneros.

I coach fluently in English, Italian, and Spanish, with additional proficiency in French and Portuguese.
