Food has always been more than sustenance to me - it’s a way of connecting with the body, culture, and nature. Over time, I’ve learned to see food as a language of care, memory, and healing.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about how what we eat shapes how we feel. After qualifying as a certified nutritionist in Germany and later studying Ayurvedic nutrition in Kerala, India, I developed an approach that unites modern nutritional science and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom.
Living in Sri Lanka and India allowed me to experience Ayurveda not as theory, but as daily practice - one that fosters balance, awareness, and genuine nourishment.
Today, through my work with easy plant food, I help others reconnect with their natural rhythm, natural weight, eat intuitively, and find joy in healthy, plant-based cooking. My philosophy is simple: Small, mindful changes can lead to profound transformation.
I help individuals and professionals integrate Ayurvedic and plant-based nutrition into daily life with a science-based yet holistic approach. My expertise lies in translating complex health concepts into clear, practical strategies for improved digestion, energy, and overall well-being.
I provide guidance in Ayurvedic body typing (Doshas), mindful eating, and sustainable habit change - empowering others to apply timeless principles of nutrition with modern understanding and precision.
