I've always been drawn to helping others succeed. Even as a student athlete and team captain, I found my greatest satisfaction came from watching teammates reach their potential and achieve things they didn't think were possible.
After studying sociology and developing a deep fascination with what makes people tick, I started my career at Dow Jones. What began as mentoring new hires evolved into leading a global team of 25 people across multiple time zones and cultures. During my decade in operations leadership at brands like The Wall Street Journal, I discovered something important: my real talent wasn't just in driving business results—it was in developing people and transforming how teams work together.
That realization led me to executive coaching, where I get to do what I love most: partner with senior leaders to help them create lasting impact in their organizations. I bring the perspective of someone who's been in your shoes—I understand the pressure of leading through uncertainty, the challenge of motivating diverse teams, and the complexity of balancing competing priorities while staying true to your values.
I believe the best leaders are those who know themselves deeply and can align their personal values with their professional goals. Whether you're navigating a major transition, building a stronger team, or simply wanting to lead with more impact and less stress, I'm here to help you get there. Because when you lead authentically, you don't just drive better results—you create meaningful change that ripples throughout your entire organization.
