For almost 30 years, I built my career in senior leadership roles across technology and digital, leading large-scale transformation, developing high-performing teams and coaching leaders through growth, change and uncertainty. I've held leadership positions with organisations including O2, Virgin Media, The Co-operative Bank, Reach PLC and Emirates working at both strategic and executive level. Coaching has been at the heart of my career since qualifying in 2008. Throughout my corporate life, I coached leaders, teams and aspiring executives to build confidence, navigate complex challenges and improve performance. Today, I combine that commercial experience with executive coaching to help senior leaders, business owners and ambitious professionals perform at their best.

I work with people who are successful on paper but don't quite feel like themselves anymore. They may be leading larger teams, growing a business, stepping into more senior roles or simply finding that work feels harder than it used to. They often describe second-guessing decisions, feeling overwhelmed by competing priorities or questioning their confidence despite years of experience and success.

Whilst I have specialist expertise in the impact midlife can have on confidence, leadership and performance, my coaching extends far beyond menopause. The conversations we have are about leadership, decision-making, visibility, resilience, difficult workplace relationships, imposter syndrome, business growth and creating a more sustainable way of succeeding.

My coaching style is practical, commercially grounded and tailored to each individual. I don't believe in generic frameworks or one-size-fits-all programmes because every leader, business owner and career isdifferent. Instead, I create a confidential space where you can step away from the day-to-day pressures, think more clearly, challenge your assumptions and leave with practical actions you can immediately apply.
