I am an experienced, intuitive and resourceful coach/trainer helping people understand and become successful at offering an enjoyable customer service experience. My greatest strength is in coaching others to become successful and competent customer service associates, especially in the BPO industry. My 20 plus years in the customer service industry has provided me a wealth of experience that I share with my students to help guide them into becoming positive and competent customer service associates.
